Leadership Opportunity in Key Account Management
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead our Key Account Management team and drive business growth for our clients in the food retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales, revenue, and distribution targets for assigned Key Accounts (REWE, ALDI, and the RTG Group)
- Lead a team of Key Account Managers and provide guidance on sales strategies, customer relationships, and business development initiatives
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss sales performance, revenue growth, and customer-specific goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product development initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in Key Account Management or a related field, with a strong understanding of the food retail sector
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Experience with sales force automation tools and Microsoft Office 365
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
