Job Overview

Kaufland e-commerce is a prominent global online marketplace, blending innovative start-up dynamics with established corporate practices. We are in search of a Key Account Manager to enhance our Marketplace Management team.

Position Details
  • Employment Type: Temporary Contract, Full-time
  • Work Arrangement: Remote or in selected German cities
Role Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to deliver both commercial and technical assistance to our merchants from China. Key tasks include:

  • Translating merchant concepts into new functionalities
  • Enhancing merchant performance through optimization strategies
  • Collaborating with various departments, including Marketplace Controlling
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or inside sales within the e-commerce sector
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit
  • Fluent in Chinese with proficient English skills (German language skills are advantageous)
