Strategic Account Executive

Kaufland e-commerce is a prominent global online marketplace, blending innovative start-up dynamics with established corporate practices. We are in search of a Key Account Manager to enhance our Marketplace Management team.
Position Details- Employment Type: Temporary Contract, Full-time
- Work Arrangement: Remote or in selected German cities
As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to deliver both commercial and technical assistance to our merchants from China. Key tasks include:
- Translating merchant concepts into new functionalities
- Enhancing merchant performance through optimization strategies
- Collaborating with various departments, including Marketplace Controlling
- Degree in economics or a related field
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or inside sales within the e-commerce sector
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit
- Fluent in Chinese with proficient English skills (German language skills are advantageous)
