Position: Sales Executive at GEL Express Logistik GmbH

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough customer research and potential market analysis
  • Develop and present tailored offers
  • Engage in acquiring new clients in collaboration with regional branches
  • Coordinate customized solutions with relevant operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee after-sales processes and manage escalations effectively
  • Prepare comprehensive market and competitive analyses
  • Maintain and document client relationships using a CRM system
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management
Candidate Profile:
  • Completed commercial training or a degree in traffic management or a related field is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the service industry
  • Experience in logistics and networking; knowledge of the courier-express-parcel sector is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented work ethic
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Willingness to travel as required
