Position: Sales Executive at GEL Express Logistik GmbHKey Responsibilities:
- Perform customer analysis and identify potential opportunities
- Develop and present tailored proposals
- Engage in acquiring new clients in collaboration with local branches
- Facilitate customized client solutions with relevant operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee post-sales processes and manage escalations
- Conduct market and competitive research
- Document and manage client relationships using a CRM platform
- Deliver regular updates and reports to management
- Completed vocational training, preferably in commercial or logistics fields
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the service industry
- Experience in logistics and networking; familiarity with the courier-express-parcel sector is a plus
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Proactive and solution-focused work style
- Excellent negotiation capabilities
- Experience in project management is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Willingness to travel as required
