Position: Sales Executive at GEL Express Logistik GmbH

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform customer analysis and identify potential opportunities
  • Develop and present tailored proposals
  • Engage in acquiring new clients in collaboration with local branches
  • Facilitate customized client solutions with relevant operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee post-sales processes and manage escalations
  • Conduct market and competitive research
  • Document and manage client relationships using a CRM platform
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to management
Candidate Profile:
  • Completed vocational training, preferably in commercial or logistics fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the service industry
  • Experience in logistics and networking; familiarity with the courier-express-parcel sector is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Proactive and solution-focused work style
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities
  • Experience in project management is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Willingness to travel as required
