Key Responsibilities- Conduct customer research and analyze customer potential
- Create sales offers
- Establish new customer relationships in coordination with regional branches/departments
- Coordinate individual customer solutions with relevant operational units to ensure a smooth process
- Manage after-sales and escalation processes
- Develop market and competition analyses
- Maintain and document customer relationships in a CRM system
- Regularly report to the department management
- Completed commercial education, transportation management or equivalent degree desirable
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the service sector
- Logistics and networking experience, as well as knowledge of the KEP industry are an asset
- Business and strategic thinking
- Solution-oriented and proactive work
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Project experience is an asset
- Good MS-Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Willingness to travel
