Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough customer research and potential market analysis
- Develop and present tailored offers
- Identify and acquire new clients in collaboration with regional branches
- Coordinate customized solutions with relevant operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee after-sales processes and manage escalations
- Prepare comprehensive market and competitive analyses
- Maintain and document client relationships within a CRM system
- Deliver regular performance reports to management
- Completed commercial training or a degree in traffic management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the service industry
- Experience in logistics and networking; knowledge of the courier-express-parcel sector is a plus
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Proactive and solution-oriented work ethic
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Willingness to travel as required
