Fund Operations Manager - Semi Liquid (m/f/d)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fund Operations Manager - Semi-Liquids to spearhead the development and launch of Moonfare's private markets semi-liquid offerings. As a vital member of our Fund Operations team, you will contribute significantly to the design and execution of our innovative European semi-liquid product.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operational rollout of Moonfare's new European private markets semi-liquid initiative, which is integral to our strategic objectives. Collaborate with the Head of Fund Operations to create a unified operational framework for managing the semi-liquid offering, encompassing portfolio optimization, valuation methodologies, liquidity oversight, and risk assessment. Exercise a high level of ownership and independence in delivering reporting, valuation, and analytical insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Engage in the development of innovative private market products while enhancing and automating our internal workflows. Foster an entrepreneurial mindset to propel new initiatives and explore potential business opportunities and products.Ideal Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with semi-liquid funds and a comprehensive understanding of private markets. A strong work ethic characterized by curiosity and a commitment to learning and achieving success. Proven project management experience (familiarity with Jira is advantageous) with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in advanced Excel and experienced with database systems such as Tableau, fund administration tools, and portfolio management software. A team player who values structure and approaches work with a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.Benefits of Working with Us:
