Your ResponsibilitiesWe are in search of a highly skilled, motivated, and entrepreneurial professional to oversee the operations of our €100M fund. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing (co)-investment transactions in close partnership with the investment team and external legal advisors;
- Enhancing operational efficiency by refining processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and establishing a robust framework for our fund's investment initiatives;
- Cultivating relationships with all external partners, including fund administrators, tax consultants, legal representatives, auditors, and regulatory bodies;
- Overseeing the fund's financial planning, control measures, and investor communications; and
- Fostering trusted relationships with our limited partner base.
We seek exceptionally driven, capable, and visionary individuals with a remarkable history of personal and professional accomplishments. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a growth-oriented mindset;
- 3-5 years of diverse experience in finance, operations, legal, and compliance within a demanding professional setting, including at least 2 years specifically in a venture capital environment;
- Excellent analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine interest in leading and developing a team; and
- A passion for making a meaningful impact and contributing to the advancement of the European AI sector.
