Fund Operations Manager - Semi Liquid (m/f/d)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fund Operations Manager specializing in semi-liquid assets to spearhead the development and launch of Moonfare's private markets semi-liquid offering. As a vital member of our Fund Operations team, you will be instrumental in the design and execution of our innovative European semi-liquid product.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the operational rollout of Moonfare's new European private markets semi-liquid initiative, which is a crucial component of our strategic objectives. Collaborating with the Head of Fund Operations to create a standardized operational framework for managing the semi-liquid offering, encompassing portfolio optimization, valuation methodologies, liquidity oversight, and risk assessment. Taking ownership and exercising autonomy in delivering reporting, valuation, and analytical insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Engaging in the development of cutting-edge private markets products while enhancing and automating our internal workflows. Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset to initiate new projects and explore potential business opportunities and products for growth.The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in managing semi-liquid funds and a comprehensive understanding of private markets. A strong work ethic paired with an insatiable curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and achievement. Experience in project management (knowledge of Jira is advantageous) with a meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with database systems such as Tableau, fund administration tools, and portfolio management applications. A collaborative spirit, structured approach, and a positive attitude in the workplace. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.Invest in your future:
