Key Responsibilities- Strategic Support
- Provide research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop synthesis documents, including presentations and memos, to support decision-making
- Act as a sounding board and advisor to the Managing Director
- Coordination and Communication
- Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage the calendar and travel for the Managing Director
- Prepare, attend, and follow-up on meetings of the Managing Director in a fast-paced, international environment
- Facilitate effective communication within SEEK, clients, and external partners
- Project Management and Staffing
- Manage staff deployment process, tools, and weekly planning and decision-making
- Lead special projects or initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role, in the consulting or international development space
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational abilities
- Capacity to build relationships with a diverse set of individuals and organizations
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
- Structured and efficient approach; distinct self-management with the ability to prioritize
- Positive, solution-oriented work style, high personal resilience; excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of MS Word (Excel/PowerPoint), project, and staff planning/management tools
- Fluency in English and German language (oral and written)
