Senior IT Systems Infrastructure Expert

Your Role
Oversee the management of IT systems, ensuring the maintenance, development, and assessment of all infrastructure components, including LANs, WANs, internet, intranet, security measures, and wireless solutions. Administer and enhance the SAN infrastructure. Guarantee the efficient operation of PharmaLex IT systems. Evaluate, categorize, and prioritize IT support requests from PharmaLex personnel. Coordinate and monitor the resolution of support tickets. Manage IT assets, including the upkeep of component inventories and associated documentation. Collaborate closely with the IT Team Leader and stakeholders in various departments to identify, propose, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technological solutions across the organization. Contribute to the design of IT operations, service functions, and processes. Administer connections to client systems. Serve as a backup administrator by configuring, managing, and monitoring backup solutions, tracking job results, and reporting any issues. Maintain oversight of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. Standardize, manage, and expand the software tool portfolio. Oversee license management and optimization. Conduct lifecycle management for both hardware and software. Provide training on IT-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Ensure adherence to IT security protocols. Contribute to the upkeep of the company’s Quality Management System.Your Qualifications
