Infrastructure Services Administrator

Your Responsibilities
- As a vital member of the team, you will oversee global infrastructure services, encompassing planning, design, installation, and management.
- Your role involves ensuring optimal service delivery for comprehensive services, which include network infrastructure, storage solutions, servers, virtual machines, and interfaces.
- You will provide advanced support (2nd and 3rd Level) within infrastructure services and assist in the maintenance of IT architecture.
- Your expertise in O365/M365 and (Azure) Cloud services will be essential.
- Documentation is integral to your role, adhering to ITIL and PRINCE2 methodologies.
- You will actively encourage information sharing across departments to enhance support for internal clients and promote collaboration within the IT sector.
- If your strengths lie more in Network Infrastructure Administration, we have additional roles that may interest you.
Your Qualifications
- Experience with MS Windows Server and LINUX Server environments.
- Proficient in Virtualization Technologies such as VMWare and MS Hyper-V, along with Enterprise Storage Systems utilizing SAN iSCSI.
- Strong skills in IT Automation, Scripting (e.g., Ansible), and system monitoring tools (e.g., CheckMK).
- You apply a distinct analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with additional proficiency in German being advantageous.
- Familiarity with security principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
