IT Systems Support Specialist

Your Role:
  • Work collaboratively within an agile IT team to improve the IT infrastructure
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to colleagues
  • Manage hardware and software supply, offering necessary guidance
  • Administer infrastructure, networks, and services including Linux servers, Gitlab, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Docker, and Zabbix
  • Participate in IT projects and manage them effectively
  • Automate and cluster infrastructure and services using tools like Ansible and Docker
  • Improve IT processes and documentation across the company
Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology, IT specialist training, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in German and English (B2 level)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support and infrastructure administration
  • Basic understanding of networks and Linux command line
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Ansible, Docker, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Open to part-time (30h/week) or full-time (40h/week) positions
