Your Responsibilities
- As a key member of the team, you will oversee global infrastructure services, which includes planning, designing, installing, and managing systems.
- Your role ensures the effective delivery of comprehensive services, encompassing network infrastructure, storage solutions, servers, virtual machines, and various interfaces.
- You will provide advanced support (2nd and 3rd Level) within infrastructure services while assisting in the maintenance of IT architecture.
- Your expertise in O365/M365 and (Azure) Cloud services will be essential.
- Documentation is a critical aspect of your role, adhering to ITIL and PRINCE2 methodologies.
- You will actively encourage information sharing across departments to enhance support for internal clients and promote teamwork within the IT framework.
- If your strengths lie in Network Infrastructure Administration, we have additional roles that may suit your skills.
Your Qualifications
- Experience with MS Windows Server and LINUX Server environments.
- Familiarity with Virtualization Technologies such as VMWare and MS Hyper-V, along with Enterprise Storage Systems based on SAN iSCSI.
- Proficient in IT Automation, Scripting (e.g., Ansible), and system monitoring tools (e.g., CheckMK).
- You demonstrate a distinct analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with additional proficiency in German being advantageous.
- Knowledge of security principles and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
