Technical Support and Infrastructure Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our agile IT team to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to our colleagues
  • Manage hardware and software provisioning for our team members, offering expert advice and guidance
  • Administer and maintain our infrastructure, networks, and services, including Linux-based servers, Gitlab, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Docker, and Zabbix
  • Participate in and lead IT projects, driving innovation and improvement
  • Automate and cluster infrastructure and services using Ansible, Docker, and CMDB
  • Develop and improve company-wide IT processes and documentation as part of our IT team


Requirements

  • Completed studies in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent German and good English skills (B2)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with strong analytical thinking skills and a willingness to work independently
  • Advanced knowledge of first- and second-level technical support and infrastructure administration
  • Fundamental understanding of networks and basic knowledge of command-line Linux
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Ansible, Docker, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 is an asset
  • Part-time or full-time position available, with a flexible schedule
