Senior Sales Executive for Electronic Solutions in Europe - Permanent Position, Full-Time
Photonics Systems Holding GmbH is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to spearhead sales initiatives across Europe and foster growth within the sector.
Key responsibilities encompass the promotion of laser systems tailored for electronics production in the European marketplace, formulating sales strategies aimed at enhancing market presence and profitability, pinpointing and securing new clientele, nurturing existing customer partnerships, delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiations, addressing inquiries from both domestic and international clients, crafting customized solutions to meet client specifications, and conducting market analysis to discern trends in Laser Electronic Manufacturing Equipment.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in technical product sales, particularly with complex capital goods
- Familiarity with laser material processing is advantageous
- Strong technical acumen and capability to articulate intricate technical solutions
- Proven history of cultivating and sustaining customer relationships while meeting sales objectives
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 30%)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluent in both German and English
