Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter für den Bereich Luftfracht Import (m/w/d) in unserer Niederlassung am Flughafen Stuttgart.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Luftfracht-Importaufträgen vom Abruf bis zur Zustellung
  • Auftragsannahme und operative Abstimmung im direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Sendungsabruf über unsere Auslandsorganisation und Partner
  • Angebotserstellung
  • Eingangsabwicklung nach Ankunft der Sendung in Europa inkl. der elektronischen Einfuhrzollanmeldung
  • Nachlaufdisposition
  • Abrechnung

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Kundenorientierung und Servicedenken
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, hohe Kommunikationsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, ein Bachelorstudium im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung/Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Import
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse
