Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarding Expert to join our team at LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH. As an Airfreight Specialist, you will be responsible for handling import and export shipments, coordinating with customers, partners, and service providers, and ensuring compliance with international and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently process air freight import and export shipments
  • Coordinate and monitor shipments, including scheduling and timing
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and service providers
  • Prepare and review necessary freight documents
  • Quote and invoice shipments
  • Ensure adherence to international and regulatory requirements in air freight transportation
  • Continuously optimize process workflows

Requirements

  • Completed education in the field of forwarding and logistics or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the air freight industry
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient use of common IT systems
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently and structured
  • Teamwork and flexibility
