We are looking for: Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities include:

  • You will be responsible for the utilization of our office, coworking, conference, and event spaces.
  • Cold calling is a central part of your role: with charm and persuasive arguments, you will attract new clients.
  • Through regular market analyses, you will identify new sectors and proactively reach out to them.
  • Your communication skills and persuasive power will be utilized effectively: you will guide prospects through our facilities, connect with potential clients, and diligently follow up on your proposals.
  • From proposal to contract drafting, you will provide our clients with exceptional service.
  • Always well-connected: whether in person or online, you will network with decision-makers and brokers, maintaining your contacts regularly.

Your qualifications:

  • You possess a completed commercial training or a degree and at least three years of professional experience in proactive sales.
  • You are not afraid of cold calling: with charm and eloquence, you can turn "cold calls" into successful business relationships.
  • You are well-connected in the city and enthusiastically attend various events.
  • You have consistently met your targets throughout your career.
  • You can communicate confidently in German and English with our guests and clients.
  • A self-directed and structured work style, along with a high degree of initiative, rounds out your profile.
