Position: Customer Care Agent

Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for our clientele
  • Assist customers with a variety of concerns related to rentals, vehicles, application functionalities, and payment methods
  • Manage customer inquiries through phone and email within a shift-based Service Center
