Client Performance Manager

At Montblanc, we're seeking a talented Client Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving client-centricity and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain client dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Respond to ad hoc client analytics requests from headquarters or local teams
- Prepare reports for executive leadership to support client-centric and data-driven decision processes
- Educate and evangelize key stakeholders across the organization on analytic tool adoption and KPI definitions
- Work on analytic projects, including lead scoring with predictive models and attribution
- Proactively identify new data points and opportunities for analysis to inform our client-centric transformation strategy
- Support the team in troubleshooting database issues and improving data quality
- Develop documentation to enable internal and external stakeholders to replicate or take on additional work
- Degree in an analytical field or business with an analytical component
- 4+ years of experience as a client insights manager or client data analyst, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
- Proficiency in English
