Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to become an integral part of our Large Client Solutions (LCS) sales team. This team is pivotal in driving revenue by cultivating and managing strategic alliances with prominent brands and agencies, assisting them in amplifying their digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with elite advertisers, ensuring they achieve exceptional performance outcomes.
  • Oversee projects that involve intricate workflows and collaborative efforts across various teams, both internally and externally.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, guiding data-driven measurement strategies, identifying trends, optimizing campaigns for success, and recommending upsell opportunities.
  • Enhance revenue and client engagement with our most complex accounts, providing ongoing technical assistance and real-time insights.
  • Act as the product authority by educating clients and advertising partners on Snap's advertising solutions and influencing product development through client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with social media, mobile applications, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to generate ad hoc reports and present findings effectively.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven track record of gaining support from key stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Skill in navigating ambiguity while maintaining a proactive approach.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the digital media sector, particularly in performance marketing or ad-tech.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
