In the role of Key Account Manager at Hüttig & Rompf, you will be pivotal in the strategic growth of our partner network within the real estate sector. Acting as a crucial liaison between our real estate sales partners and our office, you will significantly contribute to assisting our mortgage advisors in attracting new clients, thereby becoming a vital element of our shared success.

This position is offered on a part-time basis, requiring a commitment of 20-25 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities
  • Network Development: Proactively enhance our regional partner network in real estate sales to bolster our mortgage advisors in client acquisition.
  • Market Insights: Identify untapped opportunities or challenges in collaboration with the network and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Relationship Stewardship: Oversee our partner database and business relationships, keeping abreast of market trends while deepening connections with existing partners.
  • Brand Representation: Lead regional marketing initiatives, events, and trade exhibitions, serving as the face of Hüttig & Rompf to partners.

  • Sales Expertise: Your background in sales and client acquisition makes you well-suited for this role, even if you are new to the mortgage sector.
  • Organizational Skills: You possess the ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization.
  • Effective Communicator: You excel in communication across various levels, both internally and externally, and can convincingly engage new partners.
  • Client-Centric Approach: You prioritize the needs of network partners and the relationship with our office, recognizing its importance.
