In the role of Key Account Manager at Hüttig & Rompf, you will be pivotal in the strategic growth of our partner network within the real estate financing sector. Serving as a crucial link between our real estate sales partners and our branches, you will significantly contribute to the success of our mortgage advisors in attracting new clients.
This position is part-time, requiring a commitment of 20-25 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities- Network Development: Strategically enhance our regional partner network in real estate financing to bolster our mortgage advisors in client acquisition.
- Market Insight: Identify untapped opportunities or challenges in collaboration with the network and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Relationship Management: Oversee our partner database and maintain business relationships, staying informed on market dynamics and strengthening ties with existing partners.
- Brand Representation: Lead regional marketing initiatives, events, and trade exhibitions, representing Hüttig & Rompf to partners and in various media channels.
- Sales Experience: Your background in sales and client acquisition makes you well-suited for this role, even if you are new to the mortgage sector.
- Organizational Skills: You excel at managing tasks efficiently, prioritizing effectively, and organizing your workload.
- Effective Communicator: You possess strong communication skills across all levels, both internally and externally, and can convincingly engage new partners.
- Client-Centric Approach: Fostering relationships with network partners and our branch is of utmost importance to you.
