In the role of Key Account Manager at Hüttig & Rompf, you will be pivotal in enhancing our network of partners within the real estate sector. Acting as a crucial liaison between our real estate partners and our offices, you will significantly aid our mortgage consultants in attracting new clients, thus becoming a vital contributor to our collective achievements.
This position is part-time, requiring a commitment of 20-25 hours each week.
Your Responsibilities- Network Development: Proactively grow our regional network of partners in real estate to bolster our mortgage consultants in client acquisition.
- Market Insights: Identify unexploited opportunities or challenges in collaboration with the network and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Relationship Cultivation: Oversee our partner database and maintain business relationships, keeping abreast of market dynamics and enhancing connections with existing partners.
- Brand Representation: Lead regional marketing initiatives, events, and exhibitions, representing Hüttig & Rompf to partners and on various platforms.
- Background: Your experience in sales and client acquisition makes you well-suited for this role, even if you are new to the mortgage sector.
