Hiab recherche un Expert Senior en Relation Client pour intégrer notre équipe dédiée aux services globaux. Ce rôle est essentiel pour établir des relations solides avec nos clients et nos collègues des ventes, en supervisant toutes les demandes de devis, de commandes et de services clients, tout en collaborant avec les équipes internes pour garantir des réponses rapides et des livraisons dans les délais impartis.
Principales missions et responsabilités
Premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes clients, répondre aux clients dans les délais impartis Gérer et superviser le traitement efficace des devis et des livraisons clients Identifier les défis liés aux commandes et collaborer avec les équipes pour les résoudre Confirmer et envoyer les instructions de livraison Établir une relation de confiance avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins Prendre en charge les défis pour garantir que nous livrons comme promis Enregistrer les réclamations, plaintes et non-conformités internes, et collaborer avec les équipes pour trouver la cause profonde et identifier des solutions rapides ainsi que des mesures préventives Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des clients et de nos processus Traiter les commandes clients et s'assurer que toutes les informations sont correctement saisies Soutenir le responsable d'équipe dans la gestion des escalades et des plaintes pour trouver des solutions rapides pour les clients Fournir un soutien dédié à nos clients VIP pour s'assurer que tous leurs besoins sont satisfaits.Compétences requises
Diplôme universitaire ou expérience pertinente dans le domaine Expérience antérieure en relation client, avec une solide connaissance des produits, des processus et du marché Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral Compétences informatiques : maîtrise des outils de base de MS Office, G-suite et connaissance des systèmes ERP (SAP & SalesForce) est un atout Approche orientée client Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes Organisé, efficace avec de fortes compétences en gestion du temps Autonome et précis Communicateur efficace avec des compétences d'écoute active.Vous ferez partie de
