In der Rolle als Client Relations Specialist (mwd) für das Women's Health Team bist Du eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Nutzer:innen und unterstützt sie bei ihren Anliegen. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der Kommunikation zwischen unseren internen Abteilungen und den Nutzer:innen sowie Stakeholdern.

Aufgaben
  • Du nimmst Anrufe entgegen und hilfst unseren Nutzer:innen bei sämtlichen schriftlichen Anfragen.
  • Als erster telefonischer Kontakt repräsentierst Du PINK auf eine sympathische, authentische, empathische und positive Weise.
  • Du sorgst sowohl am Telefon als auch per E-Mail für eine hohe Zufriedenheit der Nutzer:innen und ein positives Erlebnis, indem Du ihnen hilfst, PINK optimal zu nutzen.
  • Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zum gesamten Team, insbesondere zu den Abteilungen Vertrieb und IT, und leitest die Anliegen der Nutzer:innen kompetent an die zuständigen Teams weiter. Zudem bist Du eine wertvolle Anlaufstelle für neue Ideen der Nutzer:innen und bringst diese im Team ein.
Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice oder Kundenbetreuung - gerne auch als Quereinsteiger oder mit einer kundenorientierten, kaufmännischen Ausbildung.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, beherrschst die deutsche Sprache sehr gut und kannst Dich schriftlich klar ausdrücken.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und organisiert, bist jedoch gleichzeitig flexibel und belastbar.
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Online- und Office-Tools und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (z.B. Ticket-Systemen).

Wünschenswert:

  • Medizinischer Hintergrund.
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit onkologischen Patient:innen, insbesondere mit Brustkrebserkrankungen.

PINK – aktiv gegen Brustkrebs ist ein Start-up im Bereich Digital Health. Jedes Jahr erkranken in Deutschland Frauen neu an Brustkrebs. PINK möchte diesen Frauen eine Plattform bieten, die sie von der Diagnose über die gesamte Therapie bis zur Nachsorge informiert, begleitet und dazu anleitet, ein gesünderes Leben zu führen, um das Rückfallrisiko erheblich zu senken.

PINK ist ärztlich geleitet, öffentlich gefördert und unabhängig von der Pharmaindustrie. PINK soll Brustkrebspatientinnen dabei helfen, ihre Prognose aktiv zu beeinflussen. Wir sind überzeugt, dass PINK den Patientinnen helfen kann, sich besser zu fühlen.
