The Opportunity: ZEISS is embarking on a transformative journey to realign its global business processes, preparing the entire organization for future challenges.

Currently, approximately 14,000 employees engage with existing SAP ERP systems, processing over 50 million transactions monthly.

As we transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA, our objective is to standardize and streamline various ERP systems across the organization.

We aim to adhere closely to SAP standards while harmonizing processes across all segments and regions, focusing on:

  • Efficiency
  • Effectiveness

  • Flexibility
  • Compliance

This project is both thrilling and intricate, serving as a crucial component in executing the Company's strategic agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements for the global SAP S/4HANA template through local fit-gap analyses.
  • Facilitate the adaptation of end-to-end business processes, including process modeling, in alignment with FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization.
  • Develop comprehensive process maps and models to depict refined business processes.
  • Define and implement the Cut-Over strategy, focusing on data migration and role setup to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Design and manage test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Contribute actively to the rollout of assigned projects within a specific region or segment.
  • Assist in creating training materials and, if necessary, provide end-user training under the guidance of the training lead.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in the SAP SD module.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in business requirements management and process design.
  • Familiarity with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA, along with relevant third-party business systems.
  • Strong industry knowledge.
  • Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
