About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TENIOS GmbH. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Apifonica solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customers acquisition and existing customers growth
  • Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales, driving upsells and cross-sells
  • Deliver appropriate presentations on products/services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners
  • Keep CRM actual and updated, provide accurate forecast for managing projects
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
Requirements
  • 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in SaaS or software industries
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, as well as building high level business relationships from scratch to closing deals
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • High self-motivation, proactive and ambitious approach in achieving goals
  • Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes
  • Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute
  • Native German and advanced English languages
