Role Overview:
- As a Pioneer Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term customer relationships.
- You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and consulting skills, and experience with CRM systems.
- As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our sales strategy and play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of one year of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong outbound sales experience, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot, and a strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting.
- A competitive base salary of €60k-€70k, plus 20% commission on all deals, with no cap.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker based in Berlin.
