Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market reach, and streamlining our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initiation to closure.
- Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed set revenue targets, ensuring the growth and success of our business.
- Sales Process Development: Develop and refine a repeatable, scalable sales process to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
- Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and understand client market needs, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Strategic Advising: Collaborate with our founders to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and success.
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practices in sales methods, ensuring a high level of professionalism and effectiveness in our sales processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ Years of Experience in SME Sales: Proven success in sales within small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Expertise in Selling Software Development Solutions: In-depth understanding of software development products and services, with a proven track record of success.
- Pragmatic and Driven Seller: A results-oriented professional who thrives on challenges and enjoys building and scaling new initiatives.
- Solution-Oriented Seller: Deeply understands the pain points and needs of clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- High Level of Ownership: Takes full responsibility for projects and client success.
- Proficiency in German at a native or near-native level (C2 level)
- Leadership Experience (Preferred): Leadership skills are not mandatory but are considered a valuable asset.
- Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, banking, or ESG sectors is a plus.
