Wir bieten eine Vielzahl von Lösungen für den Transport von temperaturempfindlichen Sendungen an, einschließlich der Entwicklung und Vermietung von Kühlcontainer, die für den Lufttransport geeignet sind. Unsere Lösungen sind darauf ausgelegt, die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit des Transportprozesses zu gewährleisten.

**Die Rolle**

Wir suchen einen Cold Chain Solutions Manager EMEA, der sich für die Region Europa, Mittlerer Osten und Afrika verantwortlich zeichnet. Der Kandidat wird sich auf die folgenden Aufgaben konzentrieren:

  • Ansprechpartner für technische Fragestellungen rund um die Kühlkette im Transport und deren Zuverlässigkeit
  • Monitoring und Analyse des internen und externen Handlings der Container zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Zuverlässigkeit für den Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus dem Customer Support, R&D und dem Produkt Management, um eine zuverlässige Leistung der Container sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Ursachenanalyse für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie Ableitung von korrektiven sowie vorbeugenden Maßnahmen
  • Bearbeitung von Zuverlässigkeitsproblemen der Container für alle Kunden in der EMEA-Region
  • Unterstützung des Sales Teams bei Fragestellungen
  • Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Schulungen und Trainings
  • Reisetätigkeit von ca. 20 %

**Ihr Profil**

Der Kandidat sollte über folgende Qualifikationen verfügen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. mit Schwerpunkt Logistik / Supply Chain Management oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Luftfracht/ Airfreight, bei einer Airline/ Cargo, in der Spedition oder Logistik
  • Erfahrung als Ansprechpartner für den Kunden, für die Logistik oder den Service
  • Kenntnisse im Pharma-Handling / temperaturempfindlichen Sendungen sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und Outlook
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, pro-aktive und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
