About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team in Holzwickede. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
