El Gerente de Relaciones con Clientes Estratégicos es responsable de establecer y mantener asociaciones estratégicas con Clientes Globales Clave para posicionar a Maersk como el socio logístico preferido. El GRC maximizará los resultados comerciales de Maersk a través de una combinación de gestión de cuentas de clase mundial, desarrollo de negocios y ventas consultivas.

Responsabilidades Clave

Comprensión detallada de la estrategia y necesidades de la cadena de suministro del cliente. Desarrollar una hoja de ruta estratégica conjunta con el cliente y las partes interesadas internas. Crear una red sólida con las partes interesadas clave del cliente. Crear, gestionar e inspirar la red global a través de una metodología adecuada de Planificación de Cuentas. Conectar la organización de MAERSK con la organización del cliente a través de una matriz adecuada de Gestión de Partes Interesadas. Conectar internamente con la red global de MAERSK para reunir apoyo e involucrar a partes interesadas internas específicas. Buscar e identificar oportunidades comerciales en alineación con la hoja de ruta definida y los objetivos comerciales. Liderar las búsquedas de ventas (especialmente oportunidades Globales) según el proceso de ventas definido.

Buscamos:

Experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en un rol global. Un profesional de ventas con un historial comprobado de orientación, búsqueda y ganancia de oportunidades a gran escala. Capacidad para identificar oportunidades para asociaciones estratégicas. Experiencia con la alta dirección y la gestión de C-Level. Experiencia significativa en la Cadena de Suministro Internacional. Poseer cualidades de auto-iniciador, independencia y agilidad.
