Strategic Client Relationship Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Role:

  • Proactively promote our product offerings and services utilizing advanced IT tools
  • Foster ongoing communication with buyers, product developers, quality assurance personnel, and marketing specialists from both existing and prospective clients
  • Assume complete accountability for sales performance and profit margins in alignment with established sales and revenue objectives
  • Engage in pricing discussions and finalize contractual agreements
  • Conduct client visits and actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert support and expand product ranges for both existing and new clients in the food sector and bulk consumer markets, both domestically and internationally
Candidate Profile:

Your Qualifications:

  • Passion for sales and client engagement
  • Proven experience in the sales of food raw materials with established customer relationships
  • Relevant commercial education and/or degree
  • Familiarity with air- and freeze-dried products or similar industries
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience
  • Proficient in English, with knowledge of an additional foreign language preferred
  • Competent in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with ERP software systems
