Role Overview

Our Client Relationship Management team is integral to Wolt, ensuring the success of our restaurant partners and the overall growth of the company in Germany. As Wolt continues to expand in both scale and service offerings, the effectiveness of our client management operations must evolve accordingly.

As a member of the Client Relationship Management team, you will excel in the essential functions of account management, which include cultivating robust relationships with our partners, addressing their inquiries, and uncovering new opportunities within our existing restaurant network. You will engage with partners, ensuring their experience is smooth and conducive to their success.

You will be enthusiastic about this role because you will

Manage your own portfolio of restaurant accounts. Be accountable for the overall relationship with restaurants after onboarding, which entails: In-depth analysis of portfolio performance and regular quality and satisfaction assessments. Communicate with restaurant partners via phone. Provide analytical post-sales support to enhance our partners' performance. Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication. Report on account statuses. Advocate for new services and marketing initiatives to current partners. Serve as a primary liaison between our operations and restaurant partners. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns alongside restaurant partners. Continuously analyze the local market landscape. Actively observe competitor activities and provide feedback.

Our expectations

Proficiency in German and good command of English. Background in Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, or Marketing roles. Familiarity with sales principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional partner experiences. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to cultivate relationships. Effective time management skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust communication style to fit the audience. High level of ownership and initiative. Experience or familiarity with analytical dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI) or data-driven decision-making. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

It’s a bonus if you have

Knowledge or experience in the Restaurant, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or related sectors. Experience with CRM systems. Skills in content creation, editing, or marketing. Familiarity with Google Workspace.
