We specialize in creating tailored public charging solutions for automotive manufacturers and fleet managers, facilitating seamless access to various Charge Point Operators (CPO) networks for electric vehicle drivers.

Your Role
  • Assist in the upkeep and progressive enhancement of our customer service platforms (including Zendesk, Chatbot, FAQ, and internal databases).
  • Identify and implement solutions for new demands or issues within our internal tools.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to pinpoint tooling obstacles and aid in crafting solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in the ongoing enhancement of customer service content, FAQs, and other resources within a data-centric framework.
  • Help prioritize and manage internal service requests and access management tasks.
  • Create and refine documentation and resources related to customer service tools and procedures.
Your Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field with a focus on analytics.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship role.
  • Preferably possesses initial experience in customer service.
  • Capable of understanding and assisting in resolving technical challenges across various internal and external platforms.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment, taking initiative to advance projects.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor and high professionalism.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and intercultural skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Curious and eager to deepen understanding of the e-Mobility sector.
