Position: Intern Customer Service Tooling (f/m/d)

Your Role

As an intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer service tools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the maintenance and progressive enhancement of our customer service platforms, including tools like Zendesk, Chatbot, and internal databases.
  • Identifying and implementing solutions for new requirements or issues within our internal systems.
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to pinpoint tooling challenges and contribute to developing solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Engaging in the continuous improvement of customer service resources, FAQs, and other content based on analytical insights.
  • Helping to prioritize and manage internal service requests and access management tasks.
  • Creating and updating documentation and resources related to customer service tools and processes.
Your Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field with a focus on analytics.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of 9-12 months.
  • Preferably, some experience in customer service.
  • Capability to understand and assist in resolving technical challenges across various internal and external tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Enthusiastic about gaining insights into the e-Mobility sector.
