About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Service Tooling Intern. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and iterative development of our customer service tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance and development of our customer service tools, including Zendesk, Chatbot, FAQ, and internal database.
  • Improve the system by finding solutions for new requirements or bugs of the internal tools.
  • Work with our customer service team to identify tooling challenges and support the development of solutions with a strong customer focus to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work on continuous improvement of customer service, FAQ, and other content based in a data-driven environment.
  • Assist in prioritizing and processing internal service tickets and access management requests.
  • Develop and update documentation and resources related to customer service tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in the 2nd half of a degree program, or graduated in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field with an analytical focus.
  • Able to work as a full-time intern in our Berlin office for a duration of 9-12 months.
  • Ideally first experiences in customer service.
  • Ability to understand and support the resolution of technical challenges on multiple internal and external tools.
  • Analytical expertise, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward.
  • Team player, positive attitude, and high level of professionalism.
  • Solid interpersonal and intercultural skill set with the ability to collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Curious and determined to gain insights into the e-Mobility business.
