Position: Intern Customer Service Tooling (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the upkeep and progressive enhancement of our customer service platforms, including tools like Zendesk, Chatbot, and internal databases.
  • Identify and implement solutions for new requirements or issues within our internal systems.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to pinpoint tooling obstacles and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in the ongoing refinement of customer service content, FAQs, and other resources based on a data-driven approach.
  • Help prioritize and manage internal service requests and access management tasks.
  • Create and revise documentation and resources related to customer service tools and processes.
Your Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field with a focus on analytical skills.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship role.
  • Preferably has some prior experience in customer service.
  • Capable of understanding and assisting in the resolution of technical challenges across various internal and external tools.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment and willing to take initiative to drive projects forward.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Curious and eager to gain deeper insights into the e-Mobility sector.
