Your Role

As an intern in Customer Service Tooling, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer support systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the upkeep and progressive enhancement of our customer service platforms, including tools like Zendesk, Chatbot, and internal databases.
  • Identifying and resolving issues within the system to meet new requirements or rectify bugs.
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to pinpoint tooling obstacles and aid in developing solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Engaging in the ongoing refinement of customer service resources, FAQs, and other content through a data-driven approach.
  • Helping to prioritize and manage internal service requests and access management tasks.
  • Creating and updating documentation and resources pertinent to customer service tools and processes.
Your Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field with a focus on analytical skills.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship in our Berlin office for a duration of 9-12 months.
  • Preferably, some prior experience in customer service.
  • Capability to comprehend and assist in resolving technical challenges across various internal and external tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment and proactive in driving projects forward.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Curious and eager to deepen your understanding of the e-Mobility sector.
