Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Business Development Representative, der unsere Software-Plattform in der DACH-Region vermarkten und verkaufen möchte.

Deine Rolle

Als Business Development Representative wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Förderung unseres Software-Vertriebs spielen. Du wirst die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kundenunternehmen verstehen und mit ihnen zusammenarbeiten, um nachhaltige Lösungen durch unsere Plattform und Software zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Du wirst die Kontaktaufnahme mit großen Unternehmen und Konzernen in der DACH-Region durch Kaltakquise, E-Mails und LinkedIn-Outreach durchführen, um die Fähigkeiten unserer Software in den Bereichen Datenanalyse und Engineering Intelligence vorzustellen.
  • Kundenforschung: Du wirst die Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse potenzieller Kunden verstehen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte mit unserem Value Team zu entwickeln.
  • CRM-Management: Du wirst Kundendaten gewissenhaft in Salesforce pflegen und sorgst für ein verlässliches Tracking der jeweiligen Kundenaktivitäten.
  • Lead-Qualifizierung: Du wirst neue Leads in Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives qualifizieren, um erfolgreiche Produktdemonstrationen zu planen.
  • Branchenschwerpunkt: Du kannst Dich wahlweise auf die Automobil- oder Luftfahrtindustrie spezialisieren, je nach Expertise und Interesse.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du beherrschst Deutsch fließend in Wort- und Schriftform.
  • Erfahrung im Outbound-Vertrieb: Du kannst mit uns im Sales einen Marathon laufen und hast das Durchhaltevermögen, konstant neue qualifizierte Leads via Cold-Outreach zu beschaffen.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe: Du lernst schnell und adaptierst neue Qualifizierungs-Frameworks wie z.B. MEDDICC oder SPIN und besitzt eine hohe emotionale Intelligenz sowie eine proaktive und positive Einstellung.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Fließende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch.
  • Vertriebsmotivation: Natürliche Neugier und Leidenschaft für den Software-Vertrieb, mit dem Drang, die eigenen Ziele stets übertreffen zu wollen und auch bei einer Durststrecke stets optimistisch zu bleiben.
