The Business Strategy Advisors at our firm play a crucial role in directing and enhancing our client partnerships.

You will establish strategic pathways, work closely with analysts and team members, and ensure coherence across all project initiatives while maintaining a thorough grasp of every aspect.

As a Business Strategy Advisor, you will excel in cultivating robust relationships with senior client executives, nurturing confidence in our strategies, and uncovering new avenues for business growth within and outside the current project.


Internally, you will motivate and empower your team, advocating for a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where every opinion is appreciated. You will mentor junior colleagues, guiding their development while challenging concepts and promoting strategic thought.

We are particularly interested in:

  • Proficiency in German and English is essential
  • Previous consulting experience and functional expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and supply chain management
  • A distinguished academic background; preferably with a top degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics
  • Functional expertise in the domains of strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and supply chain management
  • Must possess the right to work in the country of application
  • Experienced project manager, including planning, execution, and risk management
  • Proven ability to operate in complex environments both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated people management skills, including coaching of both consultants and client personnel
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Travel flexibility required
