About the Role
The Talent Development Advisor within the Live consulting team at Talogy (Germany) provides expert consultancy services in Talent Management to clients in Germany and the Benelux-Dach region. This position necessitates a strong foundation in organizational psychology, human resources, learning and development, and business acumen to effectively guide clients. The Advisor will oversee projects, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related discipline
- Master's degree in organizational or business psychology is preferred
- Understanding of talent management principles
- Proven experience in effective collaboration
- Interest in commercial consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Language Proficiency
- Ideally bilingual
- Native German speaker
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous
