Exciting Opportunity for Personal Banker:

  • Comprehensive advisory services for private clients according to segment strategy
  • Expansion and intensification of existing business relationships, customer acquisition, and transition of customers to responsible functions based on segment or product-specific criteria
  • Development and structured advice for young customers and students
  • Advice and sales of securities for the respective customer segment while considering legal regulations
  • Active sales of segment-specific product range
  • Risk-conscious management of assigned customers' accounts
  • Execution of administrative tasks related to customer business
  • Contract drafting in compliance with current regulatory requirements
  • Control activities considering risk aspects such as credit transactions, cash transactions, and transaction review
  • Implementation of defined service and advisory standards with a multi-channel approach and migration to appropriate multi-channel solutions

Your Qualifications:

  • Commercial training or experience in service/sales-oriented roles
  • Willingness to develop further as a bank clerk at the Sparkassenakademie NRW
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Team spirit and willingness to actively contribute to a high-performance team
