About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Team Lead to join our team at tonies - Boxine GmbH. As a key member of our Strategy Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall strategic development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Identify and develop strategic areas of action based on market and competitive analysis, as well as internal performance metrics.
  • Strategy Implementation: Design and implement the strategy development process, ensuring the successful execution of our strategic roadmap.
  • Project Leadership: Lead complex strategic projects with cross-functional teams, driving results and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, developing well-founded business cases to drive growth and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Strategy Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant positions, including team leadership experience, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing start-up/scale-up.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in managing complex strategic projects and familiarity with the consumer goods, retail, and/or e-commerce industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, problem-solving competence, assertiveness, and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in common MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with experience with Tableau a plus.
