Role Overview

As a member of our team dedicated to shaping IT strategies and enhancing IT processes, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the integration of new IT systems. Your responsibilities as an IT Strategy Consultant (Junior) / IT Consultant (w/m/d) for IT Transformation will include:

  • Addressing both technical and business inquiries during transformation, cost reduction, or restructuring initiatives.
  • Supporting clients in their IT transformation journeys and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Integrating business, technological, regulatory, and process-oriented insights to formulate progressive strategies and recommendations.
  • Consulting on IT efficiency and innovation opportunities, delivering sustainable value to clients.
  • Facilitating digital transformation processes and collaborating closely with clients to achieve tangible outcomes.
  • Serving as a bridge between IT and relevant business units.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline is required for the role of IT Strategy Consultant (Junior) / IT Consultant (w/m/d) for IT Transformation.
  • Preferably, your studies should have a focus on IT, Digital Trends, or Technologies.
  • Initial practical experience in IT management or the SAP domain through internships, commercial training, or working student roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both German and English at a B2 level is essential.
  • Willingness to travel is necessary in the context of examination and consulting activities.
