About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team in Berlin. As part of the management team and right-hand person to the CEO, you will gain insights into all key decisions and drive strategic initiatives, organization of our internal operating model, finance, and overall business administration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the long-term corporate strategy and department alignment via OKRs
  • Ensure smooth financial operations, including financial planning and investor relations
  • Oversee the overall administration of the business, including people operations, legal functions, and compliance

Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or management roles in a competitive startup environment. You should have the ability to structure complex setups and stabilize as well as navigate through high growth phases.


  • Hands-on mentality, ready to work on strategic and operative tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, able to understand topics across different parties and translate between departments
  • Trustworthy and integral person
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
