PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an integral member of the Retail & Education team, the Territory Sales & Training Manager is tasked with managing the comprehensive training initiatives, webinars, in-store training sessions, and events for retail personnel across five countries (referred to as the DENS region - DE, CH, SE, DK, and PO). This role encompasses retail-centric topics such as storytelling, product knowledge, and sales techniques, alongside onboarding programs designed to elevate the expertise of beauty advisors and enhance sales outcomes. Additionally, the manager will assess training requirements and formulate an annual training schedule to optimize performance across the region, ensuring that the brand's essence, product knowledge, and awareness are effectively communicated within retail environments.

Excellence in Training Execution

  • Oversee the organization of training sessions in the region to guarantee high-quality execution and deliver retail training where necessary.
  • Revise training content to align with the training strategy and disseminate it to the boutique teams.
  • Evaluate participant satisfaction through feedback surveys and adjust training materials accordingly.
  • Implement seasonal product and brand training to prepare for new launches.
  • Provide insights and feedback regarding the execution of training initiatives and events.
  • Design training workshops tailored to the needs of retail staff.
  • Lead training sessions for specific product launches in collaboration with retailer headquarters and staff.
  • Participate in international brand and training conferences biannually.
  • Adapt global training content and update local training modules as necessary.
  • Engage in local public relations events, conventions, or specific brand seminars and activities.
  • Manage the regional training budget effectively.

Enhancing Retail Staff Development

  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding training to ensure new hires are well-versed in LANEIGE & Innisfree's K-Beauty culture, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Facilitate various training formats, including basic, seasonal, virtual, and in-store sessions, to cultivate brand and product knowledge in alignment with retailer sales protocols.
  • Support the overall training program by preparing materials and organizing logistics for in-store training.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting K-Beauty culture, values, and heritage.

Store Visits & Reporting

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of training and evaluate the application of learned behaviors and knowledge.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports based on store visit analyses.
  • Enhance sales and service performance in retail settings by monitoring knowledge retention, coaching beauty advisors, and reinforcing key objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback from store visits and training sessions to identify opportunities for program development.
