Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our locations, managing employees, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of employees across 10-15 locations
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Implement and maintain tutoring concepts to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and control territory revenue and performance
  • Manage budgets and ensure adherence to teaching standards
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience and professional training
  • Sales background, preferably in retail
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
